Great hospital and doctors but their ER is the pits.... wait so long and it is terribly dirty too. They need to do something about their ER.

The immediate care center in River Forest gave me medicine that made my condition worse and then when I went back to tell them, they treated it as a whole new visit and I was double charge for the same shit and after talking to patient relations for two months they still said all charges were valid I think it’s a bullshit scam

They’re all about money and refused us because they wanted an approval of payment letter from Hines VA after business hours. Hines was full and Loyola released my dad 3/20. Loyola should have accepted my dad back four days after his release but no all about the money!!!! now attempting to transfer again to Loyola and again all about the approval of payment letter. Forget HEPA laws right?! Not to mention my dad is 100% service connected and they’d get paid!! You should’ve never released him and now he’s the sickest he’s ever ... read more

This was the dirtiest hospital that I have ever seen. The care wasn't right. My Son was there for 16 days after a letter got mixed up on the insurance they waited 4 days to do surgery and the jaw was done first before the shattered hip. I would never recommend this place. The room was never cleaned, urine overflowed. I pray you go to Indy if in Indiana his jaw won't be right without another surgery and not sure if the hip will eighter 8 months out!

My experience at Loyola Medical Center has always been good in the past. That changed this afternoon when I revived a bill for blood work and urinalysis. $1719.49 is my part??? I would complain about the Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance (which is robbing me, too,) but they picked up the other $2783.51 of the bill! How can anyone justify $4503 for these services?? I thought people who sued doctors and hospitals for malpractice and other ridiculous reasons were the problem, but apparently this institution is the criminal in th... read more
