My experience at Loyola Medical Center has always been good in the past. That changed this afternoon when I revived a bill for blood work and urinalysis. $1719.49 is my part??? I would complain about the Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance (which is robbing me, too,) but they picked up the other $2783.51 of the bill! How can anyone justify $4503 for these services?? The Best Dr. Dr Terri Cappello. Thank you very much for taking good care of my baby when I was so much in need of a Bone and joint Doctor. You and your staff members are amazing, efficient and the best service. May God continue Blessing you and your staff members. I strongly recommend.

I have been there for 2 surgeries, The entire staff from admissions to the nurses who took care of me before and after surgery were amazing. Very professional and caring. I would recommend this hospital to any one...

Had both my babies here and loved all the nice nurses. Good experience for me and definitely will be back for my 3rd child whenever that happens �

My 28 year old Daughter has been Diagnosed with Schizophrenia and was on meds but when she would come home from the hospital she would get violent and try hitting and hurting us and try running outside at 3AM in the rain with no shoes or coat so we were told to take her to the ER and they would try and help her well she got admitted again and then they sent her some where and won't tell me where my Daughter is since the beginning of Feb.2018 it is now March 6th and no one will call me back to let me know she is OK or where t... read more

I saw one of your outpatient psychiatrists almost three months ago and I was refuse to go back. I usually like my specialists through the hospital but he was a complete asshole. His name was Dr. Pankov. On the initial assessment he said I was a professional patient, that I was in it for a social security check and that it was to dangerous for me to live on my own and that I belonged in either a group home or nursing home. Again initial visit. I wouldn’t recommend him for anything

Can we put a negitive -5? Dr. Denied me mammogram outside routine standard of care. Failed to chart diagnosis, misdiagnosis, failure to update medical records, lied in medical records. Among others, and Loyola fails to take accountability. Avoid like the plague.
