The worst company ever, it is been the worst 4 years of our life. Yes 4 years paying $1725 not because we like it but we have no choices, cannot wait to move from the meadows. will never recommend the Lincoln company

Horrible! They took over management of Metro@Wilmington Station,MA.... I called maintenance about my water heater and the sound it was making and all I got was a call back “you have to deal with it because I can’t get a plumber out there to fix it! Don’t use your hot water because it’ll keep turning it on!” My kid needs a shower after a weekend with Girl Scouts in the woods and they tell me joy to run my hot water?! “There’s a rod in the motor that broke off and is flying around the tank!” Really?!
We have been here along time it is a nice people in the office they have been nice to us we have some nice neighbors to so it been in all very nice places to live!

your beacon Pointe apartments are gross! cockroaches crawling in my apartment and in the whole building from neighbors who moved out a month ago! Moran pest company sucks ! maintenance never helps with anything! I'm horrified! I have two children 5 & 4 I can't afford to move out but I would if I could!
