RecommendedRecommend Greystone Flats in Austin, TX. The complex is older, but with lots of remodeled features. I moved in almost 2 years ago when they were having a special and the rent is hard to beat for Austin and the location. I've had no issues with the management and maintenance is always quick to respond to my requests. Complex is clean, small and quiet as well. Only negative is the older layout/apartment design.
I want to be clear my problem is with the management at sevona-avion in fort worth texas and all the upper management(kelli the regional manager)
RecommendedI highly recommend The Field at Peachtree Retreat. My maintenance request are always handled the next day. Residence is quite and clean. My neighbors come from all walks of life. If you embrace diversity then this is the place for you! Staff members are always kind and respectful. My apartment was upgraded to include solid wood cabinets and granite countertops.

The Plano North Legacy complex treats my daughter horrible. She has lived there several years and each year she is treated worse! The management team there is rude, uncaring, changes rules, doesn’t fix flood damage properly and the list goes on. Can’t wait for her to move and will never rent a property that is connected with this company again.
