I want to be clear my problem is with the management at sevona-avion in fort worth texas and all the upper management(kelli the regional manager)
RecommendedI highly recommend The Field at Peachtree Retreat. My maintenance request are always handled the next day. Residence is quite and clean. My neighbors come from all walks of life. If you embrace diversity then this is the place for you! Staff members are always kind and respectful. My apartment was upgraded to include solid wood cabinets and granite countertops.

The Plano North Legacy complex treats my daughter horrible. She has lived there several years and each year she is treated worse! The management team there is rude, uncaring, changes rules, doesn’t fix flood damage properly and the list goes on. Can’t wait for her to move and will never rent a property that is connected with this company again.
Look at the reviews for the Pavillions at Vantage point. Numerous complaints about rude staff for a while now and nothing changes for the residents. Great place to live but the staff ruin most of the experience.
