So it’s been 18 mos since our patios at 2660 at Cityville has been boarded up with no access and being reconstructed due to structural integrity. And LPC only gives us a $25/mo concession off rent. Yes they gave a $225 one time concession in June 2018. $25/mo off rent since then is laughable and the rate at which the construction team is working (every other 2 days...I have a camera positioned to record activity) there’s no way they will finish the patios by Sept 2019. RecommendedI would absolutely refer anyone to apply here. Our apartment is VERY nice. Washer and dryer, lots of storage, abundance of parking. We love the gym and the pools and play areas are very nice. The staff is top notch and really care about the folks who call this home. Maintenance is prompt which as seniors, we really appreciate. Check it out....you will love this place.
I've loved my time here at Greenhaven. Sad to move soon ... going back "home" to Anna. The Lincoln Property folks here - Amanda, Jessica, Pete and Pedro - have been a pleasure to work with and they have helped me in every way. Have already recommended this property to friends. GREAT JOB!!!!

The past four years I have been here found all associates to be helpful. When I first moved in maintenance installed light and fan combinations and helped install mirror to my dresser and since that time the manager Brenda and her staff have always made themselves available for any needs

Great place to live. Rent is affordable and properly maintained and the staff is awesome.. The tenants are very kind and helpful as well. I recommend staying at Windsor Woods to anyone looking for a great place to live..! 10 star satisfaction
