Lincoln Properties was the basis for an obscene increase in my monthly rent surcharge from $100/mo to $600/mo, despite having lived in the apartment for years prior to moving to a month to month lease. Job uncertainty didn't allow me to sign a new extended lease. While the $100/mo adder was considered "Reasonable and Customary" in my opinion, the $600 is punitive and representative of the way Lincoln does business. 225 S Garland, Orlando, had major injury to head due to their negligence. They do not respond. They are absent on site, in management, in responsibility.

Poorly managed property management - shame what they put those who lease with them through.
Poor management at Village Square Apartments. My daughter lives in these apartments. They don’t fix anything. Maintenance guys ride around on golf cart eating pizza. This is black people managing apartment who don’t care about other people living conditions Photos of repair with to the tile tub. First they left a whole in the wall for two weeks. Then they fix the hole that they create. I guess this is them fixing what they damaged
RecommendedHudson Lights has good amenities, small but nice gym (2 pelotons), nice pool, deck and lounge, median age of tenant is in the 30's, good vibe in the building, nice door people are very helpful, walking distance to restaurants, bars, banks, etc., easy access to nyc.
@LincolnPropCo I would really like to understand why I would be being charged 4.4 times the advertised amount for the security deposit. I was sent a email saying I did not make enough money.( I don’t understand why I was told I qualify for the apartment in that case ) the email mentioned credit scores ,again the qualification did not mention a set score to qualify. I spoke to current residents some whom circumstances are the same yet the Crosby at town center did not charge over 4 times the amount of the security deposit. I... read more
