Customer service is very poor. They will delay and delay despite losing heat and AC. Even calling the corporate office is useless.
I’m sure each region is run differently so I can say my experience working with the south East Florida region was absolutely atrocious as an employee for Lincoln Management co. And to see what they put the dear residents through was just as awful. Hopefully they can re-vamp the company one day.
Lincoln Property will not release our refund check, we moved out of Alexan City Centre back in October 2018. We tried contacting serval times in 2019, still no check issued in the mail. Tried calling Lincoln Property’s number and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. This is beyond ridiculous.
I have spent 4 years listing to my neighbor's dog barking incessantly day and night weekend and weekdays. I live at Grove at Waterford Crossing, Hendersonville, TN. I have spent an entire year complaining. I have emails to prove this. Still the same barking. Still the same annoyance. And the interesting thing is the neighbor whose dog this is is the Peace Officer at this complex and he's the one breaking the peace. I am a veteran. It seems to me that Lincoln Property Management, in particular Lincoln Military Housing and their employees, gives lip service to our troops while providing substandard, vermin and mold infested housing to our troops. Slumlords treat their tenants better.
