Arlo Memorial The rent is too dang high to have poor customer service and roaches for roommates! And thin walls.....you hear your neighbors do everything and I mean EVERYTHING. Fire alarms going off for 2 hours with NO RESPONSE!!! No contact number for the on-site manager, fire department cannot turn it off. Three months into my lease and I’m re-thinking this move. But, god forbid you don’t pay the water & sewer bill instantly- they’ll send nasty notes about your DELINQUENT bill you just received.

If you are considering a rental managed by this company, you should definitely reconsider. The communication is poor at best. It is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. After leaving multiple voicemails we received an EMAIL saying they got our voicemail. The disrespectful attitude we have been met with is mind blowing. It shouldn't be tolerated by good tenants who are on time with rent, follow the rules (while most others do not) and are kind members of the community. They just took over Domain at Cedar Creek and have been avoiding maintenance request. They padlocked our pool without even sending out an email. Thus far, not impressed at all.

The staff at the office is very friendly and I hate to leave a bad review because they are so nice...But the way the complex is run (the head management) is awful. This place is a total FRAUD! They advertise a 24/7 Business Center and a 24/7 Fitness Center but they are actually only open 9:00-4:30. Then they say that "the amenities are luxuries not actually included in the price." Terrible customer service, I’ve called and emailed, no one has responded or returned my call. Not professional at all. I’m disappointed because i have referred others to this community
Mold on walls, they keep painting over it. AC broken all the time and they just add Freon and it lasts a few weeks and hot again. Roaches in the apt and hallways. Don’t bother letting the staff know, they don’t care. I contacted Lincoln headquarters, no response. Move to the Bexley next door and save yourself the hell of 12 months of a lease where the apt is inhabitable. Filed a complaint with Denton county health dept and urban living and will pursue legal action for loss of use

You could ensure your managers reach out to tenants when requested. I have corresponded multiple times with nothing in return. Very disappointed.
