The dumpsters have not been picked up in a week. i just paid my rent that's over $1000 @ month that includes garbage and this is what I see all week long? why am I paying for garbage service if it's not being picked up?? Villas de Sendero in San Antonio, Texas needs help ASAP!!
We moved to Heron Lake Apts back in November and we dealt with Tamika and Allie. They're Both very professional and both very helpful. When ever something needs to be fixed I call the office and the maintenance is there within an hour or less. No complaints here with the staff. My complaints are towards inconsiderate neighbors that talk loudly on their balcony in the middle of the night (this happened last Night) and people blaring there car stereos late at night and early Saturday mornings. Location, appealing to look at, I have had many Uber/Cab drivers comment on how it looks when I am driven home. The staff is awesome. Beautiful scenery in all 4 Seasons, especially to take pictures.
The people running the place, the buildings and the neighborhoods. Excellent place to live.
Do you know that your 505 Nashville property is continually stealing admin fees?
Visibility? Transparency? It's impossible to find an email to get in touch with these folks. I have legitimate concerns: The local site for my apartment complex is providing incorrect numbers, is closed half the time, work orders that have been oustanding over half a year, and it even has a broken web site that makes paying rent an utter pain. Now the utility payment process has changed 100%, and it doesn't feel like there's any accountability.
