Lincoln Property Company is out of touch with their residents. The amenities at Victory Place were a huge selling point for tenants, but corporate has essentially rendered them useless with no intent to reimburse residents. Some of their curfews and restrictions have done the opposite of keeping residents safer.
Just had Nick from LPC come and help us out in Cierra Crest in Denver. He was super friendly and provided the best of the best care. I want it known how great his help was and he should be given the highest of rewards from LPC.

I do not reccomend living @ Apollo Midtown in Nashville, TN. My overall experience has been terrible and will more than likely not rent from any place associated with Lincoln Property Company. There have been maintenance issues since I moved in back in March that still aren't fixed. The fit and finish in my apartment looks rushed and cheap. The appliances are old and need to be updated as well. My most recent maintenance request was 2wks ago to replace blown light bulbs. I do not recommend Rexford at Waterford Lakes in Orlando. The walls are paper thin & the neighbors are very loud. Management acted like they were doing something about it but it never stopped because they were a long time tenant. Thankfully was able to get out of the lease & was told I would be refunded the $125 for the faub& access card fee then the manager said it is nonrefundable & then said it was a voluntary fee. LPC is one of the most unprofessional management companies I have ever worked for! You, as an employee will be treated like a second rate citizen, (Actually, the Denver office has called onsite employees peasants before, but not all of us are lucky enough to drink on company time), you will be lied to, stolen from and threatened at every turn. So, if this is who you are considering as an employer, best of luck and keep documentation, (which I have), of anything and everything.

I live at Lincoln Old Town in Alexandria, Virginia. The staff here is inept at doing their jobs, and worse, seems not too even care. There is no concern for the residents, and trying to speak to anyone who works here or get anything fixed is literally like pulling teeth!! There is an accused rapist who has lived in the building for over a year now. Apparently being accused of rape and sexual battery doesn't preclude you from living here!! Yikes!!!!! Definitely will not be renewing my lease, and cannot wait to live elsewhere
