This review is for your Broadstone Colonnade Protoerty in San Antonio, Tx. Victor the maintenance guy is great. That said the front desk staff is lacking and would rather secure a new lease than remain on the phone to help an actual resident. My negative review stems from a recent incident where a toilet overflowed while we were not home. The complex blamed us stating that we flushed something we should not have. RecommendedI live in the Heron Lake apartments in South Carolina. They took over a few months ago. I have not had any problems. If I have a issue is it taken care of that day or the next day. Maintenance staff is very professional and the office staff are very nice. Some of my neighbors get loud all hours of the night but calling security at night is not helpful. That is my only complaint.

I live in CItyScapes and a horribly loud tenant has moved in above me. The bang around so loudly that my light fixtures clang. It's awful. The management types have told me that I need to live with it. It's really awful and they don't care.
Real bad customer service and never replied back to voicemails nor calls. Very unprofessional and rude management staff and take weeks to get an issue resolved or at times it never gets resolved! Look elsewhere!!
RecommendedMy husband and I find it very tenant friendly. Whenever we are in need of anything they address it right away. The only thing that we wish could be worked on is the speed of the traffic through the parking lots, because we have small children in our building. Otherwise we are happy with our move.
