The property that I live at is managed by Lincoln Properties. It is by far the worst maintained property I’ve lived at. It is NOT military friendly. This is a money hungry company that charges for everything and gives you nothing in return. It’s sad because the property has such potential! Please stay away from properties owned by this company!
Since Lincoln Property has taken over the experience in the community has not been good. I having an ongoing maintenance and pest control issue. Also the community grounds is dirty and there is no longer security patrolling the complex.

This company has some of the worst communication skills I have ever encountered. Managers telling me one thing and then the next week they have a different answer. Do not lease with any property associated with Lincoln.
The company I work for has frequent travelers to DFW. We chose to House our visitors at The Taylor in Uptown. Which is recently under new “Management”. One of our visitors left due to her pregnancy and my experience (at the end of her lease) with this management company was terrible. RecommendedBeach Place is a great place to live, amenities are great. Location is perfect. Incredible pool, gym is nice and the bike program is very cool. Maintenance staff is always super helpful and friendly. Kudos to Edward, world's best maintenance guy😁.
RecommendedThe staff are very helpful and they have fix the problems I have had in a very timely. We were out of town and a very important package came and they went pick it up by our door and held it for us.
