RecommendedWonderful place to live - very much like living at a resort. Great staff and lots of nice people. 5 stars for sure.
I preferred the previous owner. LPC is not very responsive with requests. Still haven't heard back from the management from a discussion weeks ago.

Lincoln Properties as a whole may not be bad but Waters Edge Apartments in Delray Beach with the management of BJ Levy is absolutely terrible. They ripped us off, stole from us, never reimbursed us from flooding by faulty pipes, almost causing a fire with poor maintenance installing a dryer, cockroaches and spiders infesting the apartment the entire time we lived there, A/C broke numerous times, refusal to check for mold and said it was illegal if I did so on my own, the list goes on, sent a bill we "owed" to collections aft... read more
RecommendedI have been staying at Thornberry Woods apartment in Napeville since 2015. It's really nice place to live. The apartments are quite big and maintenance team responds quickly. Rent might be on higher side compare to other apartments complexes.
RecommendedFantastic Locations amazing Views the People who live there are so warm and nice and OMG the DOGGOS are so cute and the Hard Working Maintenance Crew are amazing making sure everything runs like a smooth well oiled machine and the people who work at the Ridge Office are so Nice and very helpful it feels like you are a member of an extended Family
This company is a bunch of scammers who try and scam you out of money when you've already moved out 3 months afterward. Now I've got creditors calling me saying the screw my credit if I don't pay them an additional fee
