This company is awesome. I live at The Fields at Rock Creek in Frederick Md and when I had a problem the management office worked with Lincoln property company to solve it. They were a huge help and very understanding. It will make it very hard for us to ever leave this place, if we ever have to.
I enjoy the relaxed approach they take. My community is very nice, and I'd rather pay for good value than an overpriced apartment with a bunch of fancy resident amenities around the community. I also enjoy that my property is on the small side as well. It's perfect for an introvert who wants a nice place to live.
One of the best Property Management companies out there! I have been in this industry for over 20 years and have worked for several of the top management companies and I can tell you first hand that LPC is the best! They really care about their employees and resident neighbors. I am so fortunate to go to work everyday as an LPC employee.
I have been living at the Cove for about 8 months now. I remember reading bad reviews about the place when I was looking for an apartment (something about crime and bugs) but I am happy that I decided to go for a viewing anyway because it was love at first sight. Calm area with lot of palm trees and nice fresh smell and breeze from the bay.
