I have reached out to them on several occasions in regards to the Golf simulator. I can hear the golf ball BANGING against my bedroom wall and nothing has been done about it. It's apparent they don't care.
They’ve been great to work with. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the complex is wonderful.
Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about Lincoln Property Company or Pavilions at Vantage Point. Pavilions cannot stand behind written documentation that their own representative provided and is now trying to charge us more for the flooring that was agreed upon before we even signed the lease. Overall, disappointed that Lincoln's representatives cannot stand behind their word. Do not move to any of their apartments - they only care about the bottom line.
Posting here because they care about reviews more than residents—my upstairs neighbor pisses on my balcony. It took months to get them to address it the first time - lots of ‘it was my day off’ excuses (for 2 weeks?) - they never respond unless you go to the office in person. Counting the days..,
