I live at the St.Johns Loft and have lived in utter torment for a iron gate directly near my apartment door that slams constantly. The property manager continues to deflect stating it is up to the owners to approve some modification to the door which can be accomplished st Lowes for less that 20.00. We have emailed corporate; no response. We have called corporate; no response. I will never lease at another Lincoln property EVER!
No issues 6 months in to living at the 1016 lofts.
Love! My boyfriend and I have been living at an LPC building for about 8 months. It's brand new, right in the Gold Coast of Chicago! When working with the leasing office, they were very helpful, informative, and answered my 1,000 questions. Whenever there's an issue, the management responds in a timely matter and makes sure the issue is resolved. We'll definitely be renewing!
I leased with Lincoln for the past four years and unfortunately the company and customer service has changed. My vehicle was towed from the garage even though I had a community sticker and I pay $200 a month to park in the garage. 1st reason, according to the Reliant Towing “we did not tow your vehicle.” 2nd phone call, “oh wait we did tow your vehicle guest parking in residential.” Wait I’m a resident. 3rd reason, “you are a resident who parked in the garage on the 1st or 2nd level.” After several attempts to request manage... read more
