They're seriously considering changing their grill policy to no grills at all for residents due to an unfounded complaint from a resident. Miah is the worse and so lazy. Most unprofessional and rude person
The Property Managers at the Carter in Houston are prejudice. Oscar is the only nice person there. Rebecca is rude and not very friendly. She is ridiculous. Trained her staff poorly.
I am very disappointed in the way that woodhollow apartments in Euless has mishandle my ceeling leak from the 2nd floor (bathroom). I have open a request to have it fix since 1/3 and it is now 1/17 and multiple maintenance employee comes but NONE do anything. I have talked to the employees and the manager itself. Nothing. My next step is to file a complaint with the city inspector.
I would NOT reccomend any properties this Property Company manages, please read my experience with both a property they manage and one of the Lincoln Property Regional Managers. Do not choose the Cadence Apartment Complex to live for many reasons.
