I moved out and left the apartment in pristine condition. I heard from the property that they had mailed a check for the remainder of my rent that was overpaid. During that same week Lincoln was no longer managing the property in which I lived. However they were still responsible for making sure that I receive the check. I live at Bellevue West apartments in Nashville. I have had nothing but EXCELLENT responses from the staff and management here. The staff is courteous AND fun. I recommend that you check out these apartments.

We were looking at Lincoln Property Company but after witnessing the abusive personal attacks on many other people here on Facebook from one of your employees (Le-Downing Julie) we and our associates will be running as far away from this company as possible. I cannot believe a company would employ someone so inflammatory and hateful towards others.

My apartment is too hot. They turned off the chiller in the fall and not I can't get it below 80.

Not at all a good experience. I waited 4 months for my oven to get repaired. They enter the house as per the notice to repair pipes throughout the building connected to water heater - Within few hours when no one is at home so there is no water flow or pressure - The replaced pipe gets burst and all my apartment is flooded with water.
