I love living here. The management and staff are so super nice and helpful. They are all very approachable. I am truly thankful for this beautiful home. Our neighbors are great, the community is safe for our children and pets. I have recommended Sugar Mill Creek Apartments to a couple of my friends and co-workers looking for a great place to live. Thank you for making this a wonderful place to live.
OMG really do I have to go there the place has gone down since these people took over I wish I could post the pic of the garbage outside doors or the washing machine on the patio. The other management company was top notch but these people are in it for the money not for the comfort. Sad state of affairs over here
The best place. It is beautiful, quiet and everyone is friendly. I love living here. The staff is great.

The Seven springs team (josh & Jasmine)is very unprofessional and rude I do not recommend this apartment community at all I ended my Lease do to harassment from the both of them
