I have recently moved in Mount Vernon Flats, Atlanta. The flat wasn't ready when handed over to me & since then I have provided a list of things to be fixed to Leasing office however after 16 days also several maintenance issues have not been fixed yet. When enquired, no timelines have been provided to fix these and I am being informed that there is shortage of maintenance people. Just wow!!! rude service just now I tried calling and the rude operators hang up on you and not willing to help, had to call the commercial property phone number to get a worse number they're kicking us out at the end of our lease and regional manager Ms.Tromp Secretary is extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to help me they need to pay for relocation fee! Miramar Park is the worst place to live! If I were not locked into my lease I would move ASAP, but apparently I'm paying lease for ants and other insects to live in my apartment with me and my 2 small kids including a 2 year old and a new born baby, even though I have put in 3 work orders for pest control to come. My poor kids are being eaten alive in my otherwise clean apartment, but the staff of Miramar Park could care less, I mean why would ants be a priority to them? It's not like they have to live with them...
Worst management company I've ever experienced. They shouldn't be running any properties and they hire the worst people to manage them as well.
