Had a terrible experience trying to renew my lease at my current property (where they mysteriously do not manage anymore) and of course I can't contact anyone about the empty promises and concerns that I have. Seriously, the last couple of months were terrible and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Broken heated swimming pool for the last 8 months, broke jacuzzi 1 month, frozen cold pool.......
The unique location of being next to a park with small lake is a winner for me! Each day when I go out for a walk there are ducks of different descriptions, plus Canadian Geese have been visiting here in groups. We now have baby geese who are growing up for us to watch! They are great parents by the way. Point Loma Woods has been the nicest apartment I have had the good pleasure to live in. Older apartments have a unique comfortable feeling. I'm glad to be here!
