My family and I have been living at The Fountains for two years.The time has flown by,didn't think we would have been here for so long. We have enjoyed our stay. The employees are helpful and eager to assist. They are fantastic about maintenance. When you need something fixed they come very quickly.
Very beautiful place to live and the staff is great the ground is magnificent Panda maintenance is the time when you call
I am appalled at the bullying tactics from this management company. My experience while applying for 251 North apt homes in Atlanta, Ga.; It was disappointing and I would never live on a property that is managed by this company. I will be reporting to the better business bureau immediately!
I live at the Residences of Orland Park and it has been an amazing experience! The staff is super friendly, the premises are kept up and clean, and the unit I live in is spotless! Also, the location is amazing! The unit is next to the mall, tons of restaurants and literally next to Marianos which makes life easy when I forget an ingredient for dinner!
Stephanie at the Highlands North and South in Overland Park, KS is exceptional in her work. She is more than friendly anytime I have been in the office. Remembers my name EVERY single time and also remembers things I have told her. She is timely, communicative, and handles herself with poise and respect. As for living at the highlands, it's been nothing short of the best apartment I've ever lived in.
