I am living at McAlpine Ridge Apt.Complex and like it here very much. I am on my second year here. The Office staff are Friendly and all helpful. When I first moved in I had an issue and I went to the Office Manager and expressed my concern. Jeff was very easy to talk to and worked out my concern to my satisfaction. Anytime I have need a repair, just put in a work order and it was done quickly. The maintenance crew all are Friendly and trustworthy. I feel at home here an met some nice people.

We moved into the Madison at Racine in Chicago and have loved it since the day we moved in. The building is beautiful, always clean and well taken care of, and the free coffee in the lobby is an awesome touch when you are in a rush in the morning (or need energy when you get home from work!). My grandma came to visit and asked us if we loved in a hotel! I have lived at Crossings in Danada for 2 years. This summer, when the end of my lease was approaching, I considered moving to another apartment complex closer to my workplace. In the end, I decided that I didn't want to move to a new place because I didn't want to lose the familiar faces and community feel that the management team cultivates here. I am happy to call this place home--and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

Preserve at cantera, warrenville IL - I moved to this community in 2015 and I already extended my lease. One of the best places, very nicely maintained community. I love to walk around the community in the evening with my family for great relaxation. Leasing staffs and maintenance staffs are very kind and prompt response. Amazing place to call home !!

5 stars***** I live in Lincoln at Fair Oaks in NoVa for the 2nd time! When I've first moved to the area, my sister and I found this place. Then I had to move for work, but when the opportunity arose I came right back! Talk about a steal! Staff members know you by name, treat you like family, wave hello as they pass you by. They have a sense of urgency with any question or detail you ask about. The grounds are kept clean and same with fascilities. I've been living here in Raleigh and boy let me tell ya. Amazing living experience. The staff is amazing a very polite. The community is peaceful and beautiful. The quality of the buildings are grade A. I could not imagine living in a different apartment complex in Raleigh. #Theyreallyloveus #LincolntotheCore

I've been at K2 apartments in Chicago since February of this year and am absolutely loving my experience here in Chicago, in big part because of the amazing people at Lincoln Property Company! They go above and beyond to help the tenants. They do an amazing job keeping the building immaculate, and are very responsive to the tenant's issues.
