I just want to share my reviews for Dunwoody Courtyards Apt @ Peachtree Dunwoody Rd, Sandy Springs, GA. Kristi Manning and Diane Gruber. They both are just great, always make time for your questions. They helped me move in like family member. It was great experience, thanks so much.
We moved to Sugar Hill Overlook apartment homes in May 2016. So far , we couldn't be happier. Whenever something pops up they are quick to fix it and where else do you get cupcake and icecream parties and movie theater gift cards?! We cannot wait for the pool to be completed next year! We are not planning to leave anytime soon. And we love our sweet ladies in the property management office!
When we moved to this apartment a different company was managing the building. Everything was terrible, there were parties everyday, common areas were dirty, people parking in the wrong parking spots and no one answered our complaints. I hated this place and you can verify it with the reviews I posted in google and yelp. Apparently the complaints were coming from everyone in the building because the company was changed to LPC.
