LPC is the place to be, the community is quiet, full of tranquility. The experience thus far is the best I've seen since moving down south of this Country!!! Awesome Sauce
I've lived in 8 other apartment complexes in the last 13 years (I move around a lot due to my job) and Village Green Apartments in Littleton, MA is one of my favorites. The staff is super friendly and helpful and a few, including the Office Manager Craig even know my name greeting me whenever out paths cross. My experience renting in Southtown Flat could have not been better. It absolutely exceeded my expectations. Not only the convenient location across the street from Blue Star Complex and the fantastic complex, with a pool, gym, grilling areas and a fabulous terrace, but also the outstanding customer service. Each and every one of the members of the team made me feel welcomed and at home. So, great location, great facility and incredible customer service, you can't go wrong renting at Southtown flats
I lived at the Retreat in Lone Tree Colorado. It's the best apartment I've had. The maintenance people always show up quick. The staffs are very professional and helpful. The environment are well maintain. All in all, I will probably stay here until I have a house.
I've lived in Westside in the Village (in Dallas) for over 2 years. It's such a great area (both Westside and the entire Village community). The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the maintenance staff is the best. They quickly address any maintenance issues and are always so nice. I would highly recommend Lincoln Property Company.
I reside at The Park at Monterey Oaks in Austin. One afternoon, a few months ago, during the hottest part of Summer, my motorcycle broke down about a half mile from home. Too close to tow, but quite far to push, which is embarrassing enough any short distance. I live at Monarch Medical Center in Houston. The experience has been nothing but great! The staff is friendly, and always willing to help if you ever have questions. My neighbors are wonderful, too! Everyone seems to enjoy living here!
This review is for Park at Monterey Oaks. Literally the best communities I've stayed at. This is the first community I've stayed more than 1 year. I've moved every year because of either terrible staff, slow maintenance response, poor apartment quality, etc. The Park does not have ANY problems. I live in The Venue at Greenville. I moved in April 1, 2016. I was living every moment of it until tragedy struck and my home was broken into on April 27, 2016. I considered moving but I decided to stay. I felt violated to the highest degree. Then early June my apartment was broken into again. I can't afford to keep making insurance claims with a high deductible rate.
