I moved to Keller Springs Crossing 6 months ago and I've had the best experience yet. The office staff is extremely helpful! Justin is one of the best in the business; along with Meci, Alexis, and countless others. The experience at Keller Spring Crossjng is like no other and I will definitely be renewing my lease here!
I just moved into Aspire Midtown in Nashville and love my new apartment. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and made me feel right at home. They all know my name and definitely made my transition into Nashville a better one. The community has pretty much everything I wanted in an apartment. They also had a great special so I couldn't resist. It is also in the most convenient location ever.
I have lived at the Highlands South for 6 months. I absolutely love it. All of the office staff has been extremely helpful. Stephanie helped me during my lease process and she made it so simple. I was able to do almost everything either online or via email. The maintenance staff has been great and was able to fix most things within 24 hours. The text messages alerting you have a package is awesome. Now I never have to wonder if they received my package as I have had to at past properties.
My girlfriend and I moved in to Huguenot Apartments earlier this year, and have overall had a pleasant experience living here. Very spacious apartments with nice modern touches from the recent renovations. The maintenance crew is very quick to respond to any issues we find, and they take care of them. All of the employees in the leasing office are very nice and helpful. I have enjoyed living here, and will hopefully stay for years to come!
We have been living at Aspire Lenox Park for a while now and have had a wonderful experience so far. The staff is extremely helpful and it is always so pleasant to deal with them. Compared to other apartment complexes where I have felt that the staff really doesn't care about your problems, the folks at Aspire Lenox Park do such a great job! It is nice to feel like we have found a semi permanent "forever home" until we buy a house. We do not plan on moving anytime soon!
Amazed! I literally moved into my brand new apartment at Haven at Atwater in Malvern, PA 3 days ago. Since first meeting the Leasing Consutant Julia, to signing my lease documents, than moving in, my experience has been nothing short of FANTASTIC! I have lived in the Lincoln Medical Center and also in the San Melia apartment complex. I have had a great experience, not only are the surroundings well kept and gorgeous, the management and maintenance team are great. Moving to Tampa Bay almost two years ago was an amazing time in my life and Ibis Walk made the experience of moving here so much easier. After searching the downtown St. Pete area, Ibis Walk's sister property told me about Ibis Walk. Literally after spending 15 minutes talking to Heather I was sold. My wife and I moved to cherry creek apartments in Nashville tn back at the end of August. We haven't been here long but we truly love living at this community. It was so easy to get the application process and the move in done. The property is really great and very quite which we really enjoy.
