I've been living in apartments for nearly 40 years, and Decatur Crossing in GA is the best by far. When I was looking for a place around 8 years ago, it had to be near my new job since I don't drive. It was sheer luck or fate that I found this place. Not only are they the best apartments EVER but they are in the perfect location for me. And don't get me started about the staff. Respectful, kind, flexible, makes you feel like you are their most important tenant. I'm very blessed to be here.
Not bad as long as you don't have issues with other neighbors, if you don't they don't go out of their way to fix the problem or help. Even after they will and then never get back to you no matter how many times you try and follow up. Can't wait tI'll my lease is up to move on.
The Escalante Apartments in San Antonio are really top notch. From the staff to the amenities, to the actual apartments themselves, all these thing make living here a pleasure.
My husband and I have lived at Aquia Terrace for a few months now and have been very pleased with the apartment and the service we've received. It's a great value for a reasonable price. Would like to see a more extensive gym and longer pool hours, but overall we're happy to have found a home here!
First of all the leasing office is very helpful and always in touch with it's residents. The employees are very kind, polite and are always willing to help the residents in any problem. The amenities is the main thing that makes this community so great! Amazing swimming pool and the lake surrounding it. The view from the balcony is like sitting in a 5 star hotel. I live in Carmel canyon I have absolutely not one complaint living here. I have had great experiences with everyone that works here. They are all very very helpful with anything that is needed. I am a police officer and I have recommended this place to all my fellow police friends. When I do have to move I will definitely miss this place.
We've been living at Sunset Gardens Apartments for 3 years now and we consider this place our home. I am a US merchant marine and most of the time I'm at the ship. I have peace of mind every time I leave my wife and my son knowing that the staff of SGA will take care of my family while I'm away to perform my duties. After living in a home for 20 years, it was quite overwhelming to find a apartment that met my family standards. After months of searching we stumbled onto "The Kathryn". I immediately fell in love with the layout, spacious floor plans and the high end design touches. The staff is warm and friendly.
