I am so thankful for my experience with LPC. My husband and I are moving into Station 40 at the end of this month, and we have had the most considerate and kind helper in the process, Dayton! We both are super thankful to Dayton for making the transition smooth, and for the unintentional friendship that happened in looking for an apartment :). I have lived in Ibis Walk apartments in St Pete for over a year now. I have really enjoyed living here. I love the pool, walking to the shops that are next door and working out in the gym. I especially love the office/loby area. I went through nursing school and my friends would come to our apartment and we would study in the loby area for every test! The office staff was always so friendly and would ask how we did on our tests. I have had an all around great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I've lived in many apartments over the past 10 years, I do have to say that Wheaton 121 has probably been one of my favorite places! I really have 0 complaints about this place and my husband and I have been here 2.5 years. Management maintains the property very well and is always quick to respond to any maintenance issues we have had. They also always make an effort to hold appreciation events for the residents. I would definitely recommend Wheaton 121!
The Lakes Bellevue "A perfect place to call "home." The entire staff team always greet you with a great smile and helpful to our needs and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The GYM is open 24/7 and rarely crowded, and the pool area is lovely. It offered amenities that most communities did not. Beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails." But, there is a lot of improvement can be done to this community. It should work on cleaning the apartment steps promptly.Still, I will always recommend it to others.
The Residences at Rivers Edge is our "Eden" after we had to move from Miami to Boston. Lincoln Property Company manages this location and its great to receive the best of the best on each interaction with management, facilities & any other employees at this location. Its great we found a place here, none of the other places we visited when looking for apartments are so well maintained or up to the quality of this location. Thanks for your business & delivering high quality of service all the time!.
I have only been a resident at The Gallery on Turtle Creek in Dallas for a few months, but already my experience has been bounds better than previous apartments I've lived in. The staff is caring and always responds to my questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. The overall property is also beautiful. I searched for a place that was as spacious and as affordable as The Gallery for a long time and am so glad I finally found it. Great atmosphere, great location, great people and a great community. I moved into Loftin Place in West Palm Beach in February. I've been nothing but pleased with the community and the amazing staff. They are constantly hosting brunches, parties, free gym classes etc. for the residents which is a nice perk. The location is perfect and within walking distance to everything I need. Very happy with my decision to rent here.
I have lived at Element Music Row in Nashville for the past several months and definitely am glad I chose this property! We toured about 15 other spots before deciding on element because it stood out in terms of quality and location. Best things about element are: Super quiet!!! The walls are sollllid concrete. We have a doggie as do some of our neighbors and I've not heard any barking or essentially every heard our neighbors period (except mybe when they were hammering something into the wall).
