Our stay at Northgate crossing in Wheeling has been short so far but we love it. We truly appreciate all the help we received from Taylor with the move. She made sure everything went smoothly and really just made the process seamless. We are loving all NGC has to offer as well. Our daughter calls it the hotel house because of the pool and how nice everything is. We couldn't agree more!
We live at The Flats at Taylor Place in Nashville, TN, since 1,5 year. After 1 year lease we were thinking about moving to some cheaper place, but I'm very glad we decided to stay here. Location of the property is perfect, neighbours are very friendly. The stuff is very helpful and solves every issue very quickly. We also have wonderful cares team, which makes a lot of interesting events almost every week. We are happy to call this community our home.
I have been thrilled with my experience with Crossings at Danada in Wheaton, IL. Recently, when our air conditioning broke down during the sweltering heat of this past summer, I did not have to worry about my cat, my home, or my sanity. Workers came and fixed it promptly, even though they ended up having to do much more work than they thought, and they were so nice throughout the process. So far, so good. We moved into The Lodge at Southpoint and love the front desk staff! The maintenance guys have also been great! That being said, we've hit a couple bumps in the road, but the staff are happy to help, and prompt to fulfill service requests. Bumps include: key fabs not working, front entryway was dirty and buggy, not receiving our valet trashcan at movein (though we've been paying for it). Although this has been annoying, we are looking forward to our time at The Lodge, as the location and interior are great!
This rental community is in a true sense like a family and the LPC representatives are very professional in their dealings making it more of an experience rather than just a transaction. The USP of this place is it's location, excellent amenities, open space and proximity to many establishments. There was an immediate need for me to move into a larger apartment and the LPC team helped me make it a smooth move. They understand your needs at times better than yourself :-).
