Moved into Oak Park Place Apartments February 2013 after a fire destroyed my home in Oak Park (three months after my husband passed away). The management and staff were amazing in getting me settled and helping me feel at home. I had to have everything rented from the furniture right down to the silverware and they handled everything. We have lived here in Arvada, CO. for 1 1/2 years. Our place was impeccable during move in, they definitely are "on it" when it comes to maintenance. We have granite countertops, it is a legit kitchen, other than a fan (cooking bacon is a smelly mess) my downside to this would be, the club house, they so cleverly sold to me, is rarely open without a mound of rules. Some of the cheapest, disgusting and overall horrible places I have ever lived. Apartments are dirty upon move-in, neighbors are horrible (listening to my neighbors music right now. Bass is so high my furniture is vibrating) cheap, cheap, cheap! Horrible parking, front office staff could care less about your issues. Leasing agent 'doesn't know' the office manager's schedule! The rooms are lovely. The place is cozy and very well kept. We have a very proficient staff which is a secure feeling. Everyone here is pretty nice. I love the luxuries here at The Mills. The only problem I have seen is dog poo problem. It really is pretty petty. Anyways I think if your a good tenent here and you do things by the book you should be all set. Just watch out for doggie police. Pick up your dog poop and life is good 😊
