I have been here 18 month,s and i have enjoyed it very much. The 1 bedroom is comfy and cozy and I love the laminate floor. Not saying there are not challenges sometimes. I lived in a house for 40 years before here, and was not use to it being as noisy, but i have the radio and tv on. And one can here people walking around upstairs sometimes. There is a policeman that lives here in the complex as a "courtesy" officer and if you need something fixed, so far it is within a few days. The staff is very nice, AND busy.. lol..
I have lived at Berkshire Place Apartments in Charlotte NC since September 1, 2013. I have been happy here with no major issues. The minor problems have been handled within 24 hours, the Maintenance team are A+ and the office staff are all very nice and caring. I will continue to renew if the Charlotte apartment market doesn't price me out.
The only issue that I have with company is that it takes months to fix an issue. I have an issue with my ac for 2 months now and Tealwood on the Creek which is own by Lincoln Property Company refuses to fix the issue. Had this issue last year too.
I love my apartment. I've never had any problems with any staff members. They have always been helpful and welcoming. #LPCSpringForward
I HAVE BEEN WAITING TO MOVE FOR A WHOLE MONTH NOW I HAVE MADE PHONE CALL AFTER PHONE CALL AND STILL NOTHING!!! There are not enough great things to say about the LPC property called Atlantic House in Atlanta. The grounds are beautiful and perfectly maintained, the leasing team is amazing, the amenities are great, and the building is incredible. We love living here!
