I should really write a short novel on my experience with living in a LPC property. I've lived in one of their properties here in Dallas, TX (The Woods of 5 Mile) from 2009-2014 and would rate that community, management staff, maintenance staff an A++. However when I relocated DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET to one of their other properties it was like I walked into a horror movie. My family and I have been living at The Fountains for two years.The time has flown by,didn't think we would have been here for so long. We have enjoyed our stay. The employees are helpful and eager to assist. They are fantastic about maintenance. When you need something fixed they come very quickly.
Very beautiful place to live and the staff is great the ground is magnificent Panda maintenance is the time when you call
