Very poor customer service from the beginning. Has treated my 22 yr old daughter poorly
Residence of south hills is a complete joke. They lie and say they are working on shit and don't. Can't even have enough parking spaces for costumers thanks for towing my car btw I might be pregnant and I missed my doctors app because of them. I parked by 5410 on the garage side no one uses they use it for storage and lie tell residences they are working on the other side of the parking lot whenever you can clearly see they're not. My apartment was vandalized by maintenance staff at Village Square Dallas. The last day to be out of my apartment was Saturday and they entered my apartment on Thursday for a walk through according to a staff member. However, my tv, blu ray player (and movies) , camera,bluetooth speaker, and camera are all missing. Had a terrible experience trying to renew my lease at my current property (where they mysteriously do not manage anymore) and of course I can't contact anyone about the empty promises and concerns that I have. Seriously, the last couple of months were terrible and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
