Management at The Water Tower Flats is great. Lincoln property is shit. I wanted to upgrade and move to a bigger apartment, then wanted a 1000 bucks to apply. I’ve never had a complaint, never been late on rent in two years. Talk about cold emotionless corporate
I'm pretty upset about the take over of my complex by Lincoln. The transition has not been smooth and I cringe at the thought of how much they will jack up my rent when my lease comes up for renewal. I was ecstatic when I moved in this past May, as it is so close to my office, but since the buy out, the construction and demolition of the property has been beyond disconcerting and unnecessary. Been having problems since I️ moved here and I’ve been here only two months. The staff is rude and very unprofessional the kids break windows and she asks if you know who’s kid is doing it let her know. So where is the camera systems? My car just got broken into with my wallet taken out the car and there has been a few home invasion break in also. Worst management company EVER! How do you manage whole complexes and don’t know what’s going on at these complexes? Do you know check on with them? My complex is gated but for the last few months the gates have been wide open because they are “broken” again! Cars have gotten broken into as a result last month and again this month and nothing is being done about it. The officer that “patrols” the property has never been seen.
