This property company has made several changes 5o the complex. Some really made the complex look better. However, the communication between the leading department and tenant can better. Overall, my experience has been good.
ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! Old management company got switched out for Lincoln Property Company and it is absolutely horrible, just like all the properties they manage. Inconvenient way to pay for rent now, office is always closed and the maintenance team takes forever to fix anything. Leasing consultant made me feel stupid by talking down to me when I asked questions about my lease. I will most definitely not be renewing my lease. These apartments were great while they lasted.
