Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about Lincoln Property Company or Pavilions at Vantage Point. Pavilions cannot stand behind written documentation that their own representative provided and is now trying to charge us more for the flooring that was agreed upon before we even signed the lease. Overall, disappointed that Lincoln's representatives cannot stand behind their word. Do not move to any of their apartments - they only care about the bottom line.
Posting here because they care about reviews more than residents—my upstairs neighbor pisses on my balcony. It took months to get them to address it the first time - lots of ‘it was my day off’ excuses (for 2 weeks?) - they never respond unless you go to the office in person. Counting the days..,
Trying to sell a ‘luxury apartment complex’ that consists of animal feces in hallways, a bike share that still has not appeared, and tons of money spent on throwing silly parties. I don’t need that type of luxury. I’d rather have something functional for less money. The single $ rating is very inaccurate. I can’t wait to move out.
I have lived here from 08 until now been through a few property managers, LPC have treated me and my family good for the most part, especially Mrs. Jessica and her team. Thanks guys.
Unfortunately my appliances are older than the complex where I live. Everything is patched up and broken. The locks on the doors are not working. Bedrooms doors are crooked and will not close. There is always trash and poop but since there is no grass at least it's easy to avoid.
My wife and I moved into Balsam Place last September and we very much enjoy living here. The apartment is comfortable, the grounds are lovely and the amenities are very nice. The office staff and maintenance team are both friendly and efficient.
