Viera Cool Springs is conveniently located right in cool springs just a couple of miles from the grocery store(s), shopping centers, restaurants, the mall and even downtown Franklin. I've loved living here, maintence is awesome and very quick and I love how cozy my apartment is. The screened in patio is great to keep out bugs and the pool and gym are also great amenities to live here! No complaints here!
Aquia Terrace in Stafford, VA is the first place we brought our first and only newborn back to. We were both a new couple who just moved into their first apartment, and I was so worried about picking the right, first place for our little family. Everyone at the leasing office and all our neighbors made it more than easy and comfortable to move in, and all the amenities, like the pool and gym, make my life a little easier with a baby. My wife and I moved into The Elements at Metrowest Orlando the same day that Lincoln Property Company took over the management. Every day we see the improvement that Lincoln has brought. Maintenance calls are answered quickly, and security patrols have been increased. When we first moved in there was a serious issue with people double parking and parking against curbs, which made it very difficult to get around the lot or back out of your spot, but Lincoln has started to really enforce parking. I live at Lincoln Fair Oaks in Virginia. I've been her about a year and it was great! One of the maintenance guys was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us with our hvac system that acted up for the whole year we lived here. Other that some of the maintance issues the apartment and staff was lovely and just what we needed!
Moved into the area of Mathews, NC and the people treated me with great care. I would love to help out around the apartment complexes. The head maintenance guy there is one of the most hard working individuals.
I did everything wrong, and you did everything right. I just moved into a brand new LPC building, and made mistake after mistake about my move-in date, meeting staff, and filling out the application. Rosie and Josh were nothing but patient and helpful despite my unintentional attempts to make their heads explode. Good place and pleasant atmosphere to live. Easy access to metra station. Amenities are topgraded and spacous rooms. Schools are one of the best in 204 District.
