I did everything wrong, and you did everything right. I just moved into a brand new LPC building, and made mistake after mistake about my move-in date, meeting staff, and filling out the application. Good place and pleasant atmosphere to live. Easy access to metra station. Amenities are topgraded and spacous rooms. Schools are one of the best in 204 District.

I just moved into Preserve at Cantera earlier this month. Searching for an apartment is hard as always. I went and toured here and automatically made up my mind. Jaclyn was so nice and took the time to explain everything. She made me feel extremely welcome. And the apartment itself...what's not to love! It's second floor which was a huge plus. I am living at The Reserve at Sugarloaf Apartment, I am feeling that they were treating their tenants in courtesy, and doing right ! What I can tell you ? I lived at the Gallery at Turtle Creek in Dallas for about 2 years. I absolutely loved it!! Convenient location, excellent gym facilities, great pool, and fantastic pet amenities (2 dog parks and a dog wash!) were just some of the highlights! My wife and I have recently moved into Vierra Cool Springs apartments in Franklin, TN. This isn't your typical apartment complex. The customer service of Spring and the maintenance staff is amazing. If you have a repair someone is there within 24 hours, if you have a question regarding rent or other issues they respond within 24 hours. Simply the best in apartment living in Franklin, TN
I live in Eastside Flats in Malvern, PA and want to commend Rob in the maintenance department and Amanda in the office staff. Both Rob and Amanda are responsive, a pleasure to deal with and always follow through.
I moved into The Highlands North & South almost 3 years ago now and I have nothing but great things to say. The people that work there are friendly and reliable. Any issues are taken care of quickly. It has been a great place to live, I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to move into the area!
