I'm the Founder/CEO of FXfit. My company designs the layouts of the fitness amenity and post-build, we provide onsite personal trainers and fitness classes to the residents. Lincoln was the 1st property company to give us a shot 6 years ago. We were able to impact the community in wonderful ways, but what I'm most thankful for is how we are treated my the management. My wife and I spent 3 months at Highlands in Overland Park,KS and felt welcome and secure during our stay.Kelsey and Stephanie have very engaging personalities and I thoroughly talking with them both of which were helpful whenever I had a question or needed assistance.Apartment suited our needs for our short stay (we were in Highlands South).

I usually don't write reviews. But these guys do provide exceptional service when it comes to property management. So I thought I should leave a review... I moved from Utah to Dallas about 5 months ago and I did not even personally visit the property at 5225 maple. They made my job really really easy. They were very professional. We moved into Lincoln at Discovery Square in Herndon just over one month ago and all we can say is "WOW!". This is far and away the best apartment we have ever lived in from the apartment itself to the property and especially the wonderful and so very helpful management/leasing staff (Becky, Danica and Lisa!). I watched the apartment building being built for over a year with anxious anticipation and proud to say we were among the first occupants. This property and our apartment have not disappointed!
We moved into Ridgeview Place in Colorado Springs only a few weeks ago. We moved here from Idaho and don't know people in Colorado Springs, but have instantly felt at home since we moved here. We love the area and the apartments! There are so many amenities like a dog park and putting green, swimming pool and hot tub, fitness center, and so much more! We love it here! The staff have been so helpful and accommodating! I hope to live here for a long time!
I've resided at McAlpine Ridge since February. I'm very pleased with everything. What makes my experience here is the excellent grounds maintenance and landscaping performed on a daily basis. Outstanding job well done.
