I have rented on August 16,2016 an apartment for my son at 950 SW57th Ave Miami, and everything is absolutely gorgeous.My son is a Master student at University of Miami.The Management is very kind and in one day everything was set.I hope shortly will be organized an event to meet of all Condo persons.
As someone just learning how to live without my mommy, it was great to move into The Streets at Southpoint. Everything I needed to know was laid out for me, in an easy way, and I still don't have any problems to this day. Whenever I have questions or concerns I'm always treated nicely and respectfully. Living here 3 years now and I feel right at home! Highly recommend! Oh and its pet friendly! My kittens are so happy to be here, too!
I have been dealing with an ongoing mold and humidity issue in my apartment at the Standard at Domain. Property management has been aware for over 2 months, yet, have not been able to find a solution. Instead of fixing the problem, now they are suggesting I move to another unit. While they've offered a small rental abatement and cash allowance, it doesn't come close to making up for the extensive personal property damage. Not to mention the possible health hazards.
I haven't lived in an apartment in over 25 years so I was a bit apprehensive about the experience. In addition, I was moving from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Medford, MA and had no idea what to expect. Residences at Rivers Edge in Medford, MA is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the apartments are clean and quiet, and the other residents are very friendly. I moved to Lincoln Crossing from an apartment where everything wasn't such a nice experience. From the moment I met Tara in the office, it has been an excellent feeling. She is both professional and personable; making me feel comfortable with my decision. Then I met Joseph and Arlene who are also very personable and professional. We moved in about 4 months ago and since then Sunset Gardens has been only amazing! Argel at the management office has been awesome with us. Anything we have asked assistance with, he has gone above and beyond for us in resolving the issues. The gym and pool are well kept and are clean. We have no complaints here. We are happy residents.
Since our first day of moving into The Residences at Rivers Edge, Ming has been amazing. He goes out of the way to make sure everything is taken care of the first time. He is professional, very patient, and an overall great guy. He calls you by name when he sees you in the hallway, remembers the little things about your family members, and truely shows that he cares about your home. Couldn't ask for a better representation of the company!
