I live at SouthTown Flats in San Antonio, Tx. The place is AMAZING! Walking distance to all my favorite spots in SouthTown. The amenities in this place are incredible. Best of all, the front office staff are just wonderful! Very helpful and super friendly! I'm OBSESSED with this place! �
Haven Apartment is really Heaven. Iam staying Haven at Cranberry Woods Apartment complex from past 3 months. Experience so far is Excellent. Iam feeling like that iam staying in my own home. Club house is open for 24 hours which has FREE WIFI. This is an Amazing Property. Staff : Patrick/Ryan are helpful.Walmart, Target, Costco, Cranberry Mall, Dollar Tree and Indian restaurant near by. I have had a great experience at the Reatreat at Seven Bridges thus far. My roomates and I were looking for a 6 month lease while on internship and this particular community offered flexible leasing lengths without jacking up the price! Very helpful for students and young professionals looking for an affordable option and short lease agreement.
I have had problems with the valet trash. Also had trouble with my mailbox. The staff is great and very friendly. I can hear everything from people walking on the stairs and doors closing. When my air conditioning went out, the staff and maintenance were great. Do not like that there is only one cable service that I can use.
Brandy was so helpful in creating our move in to Escalante apartments so easy she was friendly and made us feel comfortable with our decision in moving in thank you Brandy
My wife and I have rented from the Sienna Park location for almost six months and have had an outstanding experience. Jeremy made a great impression from day one and we always receive a warm greeting from the concierge staff. This location is great value in the Arlington area. We hope to continue to our stay with Lincoln property company.
I moved into the Verve almost a year ago and couldn't be happier. The staff has been exceptional from helping me hang a mirror to moving a large piece of furniture. I had to return an 8x10 rug and the maintenance guys helped me load it into my car. Besides the great staff, the CARES team has put on some exceptional events. I've been living in Lincoln Property for two years now and have just signed to move in another apartment complex that's a part of Lincoln properties, 5225 Maple, in which I move in a week. So far my experience has been simple, and the people I've worked with have been nice and accommodating and are "real" people who aren't trying to scam you. I'd recommend Lincoln property and once you're in one, you then can move around other Lincoln properties without charge.
I live at Millennium Westshore in Tampa, FL and it's been amazing so far. I've lived here for about 3 months and don't have any complaints. The property is very well-maintained (and the maintenance staff couldn't be nicer) and the amenities are wonderful. My puppy loves the dog park!
