The LPC is an awesome place to reside! I have been living here on the property for a year and it is the best choice that I could have ever made since the sale of my home in 2015. There are so many amenities living on the property the parking garage, library and the DeSoto Civic Center are just a few! Across the street is a shopping center!! Downstairs on the complex is an Italian and BBQ restaurant, bank, barber shop, and Wing Stop!! What else could you ask for!!
I have to give a big shout out to The Highlands North and South in Overland Park! I recently moved in and the process was smooth and completely painless! I was able to schedule a time that was convenient for me to view the property, complete my application online and receive an approval within just a couple days. I've moved a lot recently with my job and I have to say this was the most carefree experience I've ever had. The Lodge at Southpoint has been phenomenal in its maintenance, atmosphere, and service. I love coming home to the flowering trees in the summer and always know I can talk to any of the friendly staff for help or information. It's also the most peaceful apartment I've ever lived in.
My family and I moved to Stafford VA from Fort Bliss TX in Mar of 2015 after my husband was medically retired from the Army. We didn't have any plans or a place picked out we just upped and moved. All we had was a letter from the VA stating that yes my husband would be receiving retirement and the amount. Just moved into The Lodge at Southpoint (Durham, NC) a few months ago and have no complaints. The office staff are friendly and always helpful. I love living across from a shopping center, I can just walk to get groceries or dinner. Overall, great place to live.
I moved in Metropolitan at Cityplace in 2013 I have had a few different management teams that have always been nice . I love the location Uptown and it's great for my business Massages By Sandie.Im moving to a updated Apt downstairs on the first floor in 2 weeks and looking forward to it. I'll probably be here another 3 years. The only thing that I don't like is the dog poop. People should be responsible for there dog waste. I have been living at Huguenot Apts in N. Chesterfield VA for six years. I live directly across from the leasing office so Ive gotten to know them. They are a bright light of sunshine. They alway smile and wave, come in to see something new I ave un my apt. Andmake me feel so appreciated. Themaintenance staff are o kindand always loik out for me. I live at the Viera Cool Springs property in Franklin TN, and I can say without a doubt that this is my favorite apartment complex that I have lived in yet. I just resigned my lease not too long ago. The community over here is great, and I always feel safe. There was one time that I came outside to a flat on my car, and I couldn't get my tire off. Without even needing to call 2 of the maintenance men pulled up and asked if I needed help. They even went above getting my tire off and put my donut on for me too. They even sugge... read more
The Park at Monterey Oaks in South Austin is absolutely outstanding in EVERY area. I am so grateful to have found them, as I am happier than I've ever been with an apartment and the community as a whole. The grounds are spacious and beautiful, and my apartment is gorgeous with perfect new fixtures and accoutrements for a very reasonable price. I love the trash pickup, the staff, my relatively cheap covered parking, and how I have NEVER heard my neighbors besides footsteps - but that is so not a big deal and 100 unavoidable .... read more
