Hi, we just had to move out of our place in Bradburn Row in Colorado quickly due to my husband's job. The assistant manager was incredibly helpful and we understood the payments we owed. However, there was some miscommunications and the manager (who had already been unpleasant in another situation) threatened us unwarranted with sending our account to collections. Let me start off by saying that I love my new apartment at highpoint family living. It's been on week without any power to my television. Your managers are saying its an direct tv issues they are saying it's the apartment responsibility to make sure power is available. I also tired time Warner cable they also said the same thing there's no power to the main box . No one on your staff here seems to care about anything. They told me to go with someone else. I live in the San Antonio area and I am highly disappointed that I have placed multiple complaints against a neighbor who likes to turn the volume in their home theatre system a all hours of the night and day. The noise is so loud it literally vibrates the kitchen area and it sounds like thunder which in turn freaks out my dog and of course wakes my family up. I was recently looking to rent a place at Oaks of Vernon Hills and my experience can be summed up as: unprofessional management, bait and switch tactics at lease signing, will give you a word and then go back on it. General indifference towards the customer and their time. They claim being a new property they are still getting stabilized but I think that is a facade for bad management.

So glad we are moving out of San Montego apts in Houston TX!! I Found a Blunt on our stairs this morning!! Damn place is letting all kinds of Ghetto trash move it.!!! Damn people downstairs have about 4 people living in a 1 bed apt. and have people coming all hours, and now this! we are moving Friday to a much better place!! I hope the owners of San Montego fire the property Management company Lincoln Property Management, they are worthless, and don't care what trash they let in!!
