My wife and I got married and move into the Paxon a few months ago, and we couldn't thank the staff at Lincoln Property Management in Minneapolis enough. They have been incredible to work with, and their team even helped us with some of our wedding planning along the way as well. The Paxon and LPC are truly the best, and my wife and I love our home, and the community it embodies. I first moved to Siena Park, Arlington, VA in January 2015 for work. I didn't know anybody and was nervous to start over. Siena Park made my move a breeze. All work orders are responded to with within hours! The amenities are incredible, most notably the rooftop patio equipped with natural gas grills and ample bar/table space. I live in Coral Vista in Tamarac, FL! My experience with LPC has been amazing! I moved in when I was pregnant and after several issues with the father, I put the lease fully in my name! Jessica Ennis has been so amazing and has helped me over every speed bump I've had! She continues to help me with deadlines that sometimes I can't meet or reminders of trash days! As well as keeping me updated on other apartments that I'd be able to move to! So incredibly pleased!
I live in Avista at Laguna Bay in Naples Fl. Management is lax in getting back to you, if they get back to you at all. Only one nice person in the office. No grass all weeds. Inconsistent enforcement of the rules. Dumpster areas dirty, especially on the weekends. Grills don't work properly most of the time. My friend in the next building was out of town for an extended tine and apartment full of roaches. She is not a dirty person and had no problems when she was home.
I moved to The Park at Monterey Oaks a year ago. The staff in the office are very responsive and friendly. The location of the property is great - you are only 20 minutes from downtown Austin and close to great shopping areas. I really enjoy the property because there are lots of trees and trails, it is so clean and I can walk right out my door and have access to many trails to walk my dog plus having the leash free area for my dog to run means a lot.
