Wow, you have a "consulting" rep named Jonathon Hagen who likes posting nasty comments on Facebook. Pathetic. Why would anyone go to a company where a person hired to do consulting is also an Internet troll? Internet trolls have been proven to have anti-social behaviors, as noted by leading psychologists in multiple studies.
A company that states to value people and I definitely feel that!
Pay $1000 for a 1 bedroom apartment with broken gym equipment, broken gate (I pay for a gated community), and a garage that I am paying for but still don't have the remote to because they can't find anyone to clean it. This property company has gone downhill the past two years and I would not recommend this property to anyone.
LIVING ON ONE OF THE PROPERTIES MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY AND THE SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS. I have been here for 9 months and definitely you can find better apartment for the same price. The apartments are located in a very nice point in Naples, The renewed apartmentments are good, but the amenities are poorly. I am glad my lease is coming to a end, I have had a really bad experience with leasing property from Lincoln property and Ridgemont Park Apartments...I would advise anyone to do there homework. Poor everything about this place.
