The grills are broken in the pool area where I rent. There are no out of order signs up. The pool only has one working light and water is very cloudy. I found screws in the water and debris on the bottom of the pool. No response from office. There are two pools and one pitch black at night. It did not used to be like this.

Lincoln Property Company has really disappointed me. I am new to my community and have had the worst experience living here. Maintenance orders never are completed. My foundation is giving out in upstairs unit, the painters knocked off my insulation on door and my neighbor just had flood in her apartment. The office staff won't even respond to any of my emails when I am asking for only an update. I reside in Huntington Meadows and I am refusing to stay here next year. I have been very pleased with the Lincoln Property team! Their maintenance staff always completes my service requests correctly the first time and in a timely manner. The office staff has been very kind and helpful, as well!

Generally we have been happy at our property in Irving, Texas but now we are getting charged $100 late fees for paying our rent late. Here's the story, we have NEVER been late, but they don't even post your total bill (with the water/sewage and trash) until the 2nd or later. Well what happens when the 2nd is a Saturday and the 3rd (when rent is due is a Sunday)? You pay it on either day and they amount won't hit their account until the 4th. It's basic banking business, but apparently the fact that banks are closed on Sundays... read more

The Community needs a better cleaning and maintenance of communal areas, it is depressing to see as a property that makes an advertising "Luxury Rentals", is in a state of total abandonment by administration, aisles with signs "Exit" fallen, entrance parking lot to the building with fecal material dog for several days, garbage room burst and odors, hallways uncleaned, elevator smells Orin animal, and so many more stuff .

Management has been terrible! I'm going to make sure to tell everyone to stay away from any Lincoln Property location. They will take your money but never come to your aid when you have a problem. To say I'm unsatisfied is putting it lightly!

Exterior lighting mostly non-functional, elevator stops working daily, "security gates" don't lock, packages repeatedly lost and not to mention regular power outages. This particular outage has lasted for over 8 hours and still no word from management, the answering service, or corporate. Stay FAR-FAR-AWAY! Parkside at Legacy in Plano, TX

I feel that the management at my current apartment complex does not really care about my opinions and concerns as a tenant. Whenever I approach them it feels like they are brushing me off. For example, a little over a month after we moved in someone's pet, or perhaps a stray cat, puked at the bottom of our stairs.
