Rob in maintenance at slatersville mill is the best! He is always happy to see my mother and I and most importantly, my dog loves him and he is always so sweet to her.
My wife and I have lived in 8 different apartments in the past 10 years (both Los Angeles and New York) - and one things we've learned is most complexes are pretty much the same. Some are nicer than others. Some of better amenities than others. But overall, very similar. One thing, however, greatly (and I mean GREATLY) sets them apart from each other - that's the staff. Moving to Kimball Towers was a great choice!! The property is kept clean and well maintained and the staff is always courteous and quick to respond to any request. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends!
We love it! Ibis walk has been amazing. The staff Phil, Hernan from maintenance are exceptional and very friendly. Ibis walk has everything that we need. Best experienced so far, was their thanksgiving celebration. They went all out with live music, decorations and amazing food. Their brunch it's also incredibly good. A bit of the high side for rent, but it's quality and very safe!
I've lived in three brand new apartment properties in the last three years. By far The Haven is the best apartment I've lived in. The crown molding and large bathroom is my favorite -oh and the screened patio is amazing!! Also, anytime you have an ussue the management team is so quick and efficient.
I've had a great experience with Metropolitan at Cityplace so far! The front office staff is always so helpful and welcoming. I once had a maintenance issue late at night, and a staff member made a trip out to look at it and fixed the issue. I would definitely recommend living here!
Inman is my first big girl apartment since graduating from college. The staff was super informative and helped give me a easy move in. I heard a lot of my friends having bad first move in in other properties but I was lucky to have a staff that actually cared about my move in process. Laguna Bay, Naples FL - The property is maintained very nicely. Love our property manager - she is friendly and knows everyone by name. Maintenance issues looked into promptly. Neighbors are friendly. The online portal is pretty easy to use. Email reminders are great. I like that they suggest giving to charity along with rent payment.
My fiancé and I were looking for our first apartment together. It was hard to find a location that fits both our needs. One day when I was at work he stopped into Alivista at Laguna Bay. It was the best ko stop for both of us. Needless to say our apartment always had odds and ends wrong with it, the maintance workers always have a positive attitude and willing to help.
