We live in the Third Rail Lofts and we love it. We moved in with the previous management and had a few maintenance issues which were all solved with the help of Andrea, Monti and Ollie. Great team at the office, always very helpful and willing to make us fell at home here. A special note to Rodney, that became our friend! He is awesome! Terrible customer service. Good luck trying to reach someone by phone or having them return your phone calls if you've left a message with answering service. No type of common courtesy at Jefferson at 1001 Ross.
My husband and i pay $1000 a month to live in the apartments we do. We pay every month for valet trash and pest control. We have lived here for 9months and had pest control come one time only because I went to the office and complained about spiders and them not coming. Since then they never came back. Tonight we put the trash out for the people to get. There was a pizza box we couldn't get in the bag and it had a piece of pizza in it. My wife and I moved into the Element Music Row a month ago and our experience has been everything we've dreamed of since signing our lease 3 months ago. The staff have been incredibly helpful and attentive. It is absolutely #LuxeLiving as they so often say.
Worse management EVER. Not only wasn't my lease ready for my 1st move in. Yes I said first. But after I was flooded out of my unit my second move in took a week. It was only suppose to take 48hrs. I missed a day of work and things like my toliet and shower are still broken. I haven't been compensated yet. I've reached out to corporate via phone & email nothing yet. I have loved living in the Jefferson at Bellingham complex in Massachusetts for the last two years. The amenities are good, dog park, courtyard space to sit and chat, seasonal pool, computer room, movie theater, workout rooms and some gathering spaces. I am only surprised with the number of families in the place that there isn't a playground! The office staff are amazing, welcoming and helpful.
