It has been great living here. We moved across the country and Jody and Myka went out of their way to help us out and get settled in a new state. The place is clean and safe and exceptionally welcoming to our daughter and our beloved dog. The maintenance team is so polite and take care of any issues in a timely manner respecting our schedules and life. I moved into Ridgemont Apparments in Smyrna in March. The apartment is very nice! It has hardwood floors, and nice appliances. It was an easy move in, and the staff is polite and helpful. My family loves the pool and exercise room. It's a great location close to the interstate and stores. I enjoy living here very much!!!
We've only lived at Preserve at Cantera for a little over three months, but there are so many amenities we've been able to take advantage of already that it's hard to not share! The outdoor pool, hot tub, and gym are great for our well being and the resident portal is convenient for rent/bill pay and requesting unit maintenance. "Club Lincoln" membership also offers local area discounts exclusive to residents. Westside is fantastic! Maintenance is prompt, westside welcome gals are friendly and helpful, and the amenities are above and beyond! I've lived here 4+ years and will be sad when I leave since I like my neighbors and the convenient and pretty fitness trail.
My experience living in a 2 bedroom apartment at The Reserve at Sugarloaf was awesome! The office staff was always helpful and friendly, the maintenance members were nice and efficient, and the community was very welcoming. The pool was always kept up and clean and so was the gym! I live at Alvista at Laguna Bay in Naples, FL! I have been here for three years and still love it! The community is so centrally located, that everything I need is within a mile or two radius! The apartment homes are upgraded and well maintained. The management team and the maintenance team is exemplary. Two pools, a brand new fitness center, dog park and a great road for biking or jogging through the community, offer great amenities for fitness and relaxation!
We have lived at Marina Pointe for a little over a year now. We have loved it from the beginning! When we found out we would be moving to Chattanooga we only had 2 weeks to find a place. We worked with Taylor in the office and she was so helpful in getting us a great place in the time we needed it. It's my first time moving into an an apartment without my parents. And the Eastport Apartments have been great. Their customer service is awesome, if I have any questions they answer them. With a great attitude and always polite and courteous to both me and my roommates. They are really pet friendly and have dog trash cans and doggy bags around the apartment area. So that owners can clean up after themselves.
