RecommendedThe staff here fosters an attitude of community, with events that bring people together. We have met and made friends here, that we get together with on occasion. My roommate and I have been asked for favors, and we have done favors for others (example: watering plants). The dog owners community is very friendly and helpful and supportive. Our dog just had surgery and people have been stopping us to ask how he is. I just love it here!!
WORST SERVICE EVER!! I moved out of 8800 Doral at beginning of July and NEVER GET MY DEPOSIT BACK. They don't reply email, don't take phone call, and till yesterday I found that it's sold to another company(AMLI), so I left message through their website and AMLI called me this morning which is something Lincoln property company should but never do!!! However AMLI told me they don't have access to my documents so they are not able to issue the deposit thing. I can't find their phone or something like costumer service email. A... read more

As a REALTOR and Apartment Locator the Lincoln Property Company Apartment Community staff are professional, firendly, helpful, accessible, and understand the importance of business relationships. They taken kid glove care of every client I have sent to their apartment community. The properties are well maintained and my clients are happy to reside in their communities.
They are very customer driven. The grounds are kept clean and safe. Anytime I have an issue I call the office and its resolved very quickly. Love living here. The only issue I have is that I wish they would have more functions so we can get to know our neighbors
the staff is very accommodating. request for maintenance is done in a reasonable amount of time. The complex is kept very clean
Living here at the Venue at Greenville has been a great experience for me. The office staff here has been so helpful! They treat me like a family member and have worked with my disability issues as best they can. The emergency maintenance staff has responded within 30 minutes when the heat went out on the coldest day of the year and when a pipe broke in the wall and flooded my apt. The property that I live at is managed by Lincoln Properties. It is by far the worst maintained property I’ve lived at. It is NOT military friendly. This is a money hungry company that charges for everything and gives you nothing in return. It’s sad because the property has such potential! Please stay away from properties owned by this company!
