Warning! My experience with Lexington Law was a horrible nightmare! The customer service is extremely slow. They constantly dance around answers to my questions during conversations. They can be rude and talk to me like I'm stupid. Their Case Action system is a joke. They had 3 months to send a letter to the credit bureau and the case report showed 'In Queue' which means that not even one letter has been sent out. I paid 4 payments and truly believe with no results. It's like throwing money in the wind. I'm shaking with rage... read more
I almost immediately realized my error in signing up with these shysters and requested by email to cancel. It took two emails and one text to finally get it in writing from them. I still got charged $119.95. I had the feeling they were a joke and these reviews have pretty much confirm that. Good attorneys are in the courtroom. I'm going to have my bank contest the charge to my account. Thus is legal thievery.
Business response:
Lexington assists thousands of clients each year to help repair their credit and ensure the items listed are an accurate representation of their credit history. Clients have a five day right of rescission when after they engage Lexington to decide if they want to continue before owing their first payment. Upon review of this client’s case it was noted that she terminated the representation within her right of rescission. An attorney has emailed her to inform her of this resolution and a refund of the payment she made.
I’ve asked them to stop, but I continue to receive daily emails from this company. They appear to be inconsiderate and I would recommend not using them.

I wish I could give a negitive star score. These people are lieing thieves. To call them con artists would be an insult to con artists. My complaint is the same as all the other people.
Business response:
Lexington is sorry to hear this comment, although is not entirely sure specifically what Mr. Olsen’s concerns are. Lexington has not represented this client since over nine months ago, and has represented him on several different occasions. Lexington sent a number of challenges to the credit bureaus and letters to creditors on his behalf. This client was fortunate to see a number of negative items removed from his credit reports while he was a client with Lexington. Lexington wished the best for this client going forward in ... read more
Was referred to this company through Rent2Own. They made it seem that I needed this service to complete the agreements on Rent2Own. Spoke with an agent (was direct transferred from the Rent2Own agent). He explained how the credit repair works. He also said he needed $14.99 to get my full credit reports. I authorized that. He also said about no money was to be billed until they started working for me. I explained I was late for work and had to leave. He asked me when a good time to call back would be. I told him about a week ... read more

My wife hired them to clean up her credit. We have been trying to cancel them for months and they continue to steal the money from our account and in that time her credit hasnt improved by so much as ONE POINT. They are deliberately ducking our calls! 7-8 months and no improvement and another 3-4 months stolen fees. That translates to 700-800 paid and 300-400 stolen. Save yourselves, they cant help you! and they wont stop when you tell them!
It was a huge mistake signing up with Lexington law. Whenever I called in for advise in regards to my credit report...I never received a straight answer. The only response I received was, "We cant give legal advice". When I was only asking about paying off credit cards on my report. For the amount of money, it was not worth it the money. I wasn't a member for a full month. I paid the amount to get started and then the rep said I had to pay another 99.00 to end my account. It's robbery and they give a good line to get you sta... read more
Business response:
Lexington’s paralegals cannot give legal advice because they are not attorneys. A client can request to speak with one of Lexington’s attorneys if they have legal questions regarding their case. Lexington doesn’t charge a fee to terminate representation, but does expect payment for work that was done on a client’s case before the termination. This method of collecting payment is dictated by federal law and is explained in the engagement agreement each individual signs before becoming a client.
they conned me out of 14.99 and asked for my social
Business response:
Lexington Law Firm represents clients in credit repair to ensure their credit reports are an accurate and substantiated portrayal of their credit history. During the process of engaging Lexington, each prospective client pays $14.99 to obtain a full credit report from TransUnion. It is necessary for Lexington to ask each potential client for their social security number in order to obtain this report and pull reports from the other bureaus. Once these reports are on file, Lexington can begin work on trying to help repair and... read more
Total scam. They will take your money for a credit report you are getting for free online. They are teamed up with OneLoanPlace.com. If you talk to OneLoadPlace they will tell you that you have to talk to the credit repair firm Lexington Law to have your credit check done and then when you talk to Lexington Law they as you for $14.99 to run your credit report. When I asked if this was necessary to get the loan I was requesting they said yes but it would help long term to clear my credit. I kept saying I don't have much bad a... read more
